Residential Habilitation

Residential Habilitation is a Medicaid-funded program that allows adults 18 and older with developmental disabilities to live independently in the community with staff support. The goal is to reduce the level of services needed over time, through teaching skills that are needed to be safe in the community with minimal support. The number of staff hours needed will vary per individual and their current level of functioning.

Residential Habilitation

We provide nursing services for individuals with developmental disabilities who are also receiving residential habilitation services. Our team of Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses travel to clients' homes to assess their needs, and to provide skilled nursing and nursing oversight services.

(Nursing services are currently offered in the Boise/Nampa area, contact the Nampa office for more information.)
