Chief Program Director
  Laura is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been practicing for 9 years. She attended the University of California, Santa Cruz where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and California Polytechnic Institute of San Luis Obispo where she earned a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. She began working with Community Outreach Counseling in March of 2011 as a CBRS worker and clinic intern until she got her license transferred from California, at which time she began working as a Clinician. Laura served as Clinic Director before becoming the Chief Program Director at Community Outreach Counseling and at Ambitions of Idaho when they merged in April of 2017. She enjoys working with children and families to assist them with developing positive relationships and making progress toward their goals. Laura is EMDR trained and is passionate about providing all clients with trauma informed care.
Shane Quesnell

Shane Quesnell

Program Supervisor
Shane is the Program Supervisor of our Treasure Valley Residential Habilitation Program. He was promoted to Program Supervisor after spending the previous 10 months as a Program Manager with Ambitions of Idaho. Shane has many years of experience working with the developmentally disabled population. He has held the positions of Developmental Tech, Developmental Specialist, ICF/ID Administrator, Targeted Service Coordinator, Program Manager, and Program Supervisor of two different Residential Habilitation Companies. He holds a B.S. in Applied Psychology and a M.S. in Sports Management. Shane has multiple years of experience coaching collegiate softball and baseball teams at St. Cloud State in Minnesota and TVCC in Ontario, OR. Shane and his wife Kathy reside in Meridian, ID.
Robbie Newman

Robbie Newman

Group Coordinator
Robbie Newman is a Licensed Professional Counselor in practice since 2015 and also provides administrative support for clinical and community-based workers. Robbie received his M. Ed from the University of Idaho Counseling and Rehabilitation Program as well as his BS in Psychology. Robbie developed his focus and passion for working with adolescents and young adults from his 10 years of experience as a summer youth camp counselor. His experience has led him to strive to promote a sense of self-understanding, support, growth, and hope for others.
Angel Ford

Angel Ford

Clinical Administrator
Angel Ford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has been working in the mental health field in various positions for the past 6 years. Though she has experience with different levels of care and clients, her clinical focus is with those in recovery, have a history of trauma and couples counseling. Her primary therapeutic models are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based and she is EMDR trained. At Ambitions in addition to her clinical duties, she assists in conducting consults for new incoming clients.

Regional Assistant for HR
Kathy is our Regional Assistant for our Human Resource Department.  She maintains all our employee files and staff trainings as well as assisting with Payroll and Hiring for the Residential Habilitation Department. Kathy has been providing customer care in various work environments for the past 15 years, and has been with us at Ambitions of Idaho for over 3 years.  Kathy enjoys her job and interacting with our diverse clientele.  She currently oversees employee files in the Treasure Valley areas as well as Twin Falls and Coeur d’ Alene.

Office Manager, Payroll Assistant
Karla has been an employee of Ambitions of Idaho since 2014, overseeing administrative functions in all of the Treasure Valley office locations.  She also handles all of the Clerical, CBRS/Case Management and Clinic Payroll.
Montrice Billingsley

Montrice Billingsley

Mental Health Director
  Montrice is the Mental Health Program Director and practices as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Ambition of Idaho.  She holds a BS in Psychology from Longwood University, Farmville, VA, and an MA in Community Counseling from Argosy University, Washington D.C.  Montrice started with Community Outreach Counseling in 2014 and has continued through the merger with AOI in April of 2017. She has worked in the field of behavioral health since 2005 and has many years of diverse experience in practice working as a Substance Use Disorders Director, ABA Therapist, Therapeutic Counselor, Habilitative Interventionist, and counselor intern across many states on the East Coast and Idaho.  Montrice is a Board-approved supervisor for interns and is involved in the hiring of new clinicians and Community-Based Workers. She also does consultations for all new clients. Montrice is passionate about working with clients from all walks of life and has a drive and passion for helping others meet their goals and enjoys seeing the positive changes that result from the counseling relationship throughout her years of service.
Cole Ivancic

Cole Ivancic

Mental Health Case Manager, CBRS Provider
Cole has been working as a Community Based Rehabilitation provider and Mental Health Case Manager for the last six years. Cole received his Bachelor of Arts from Boise State University in 2011. At Ambitions of Idaho, Cole is the program director for the CBRS & Case Management program, as well as a provider of those same services. Cole has spent time over the last six years working with children, juveniles, and adults struggling with mental illness, working with individuals on federal parole/probation, as well as co-facilitating a DUI education group.
Michelle Takagi

Michelle Takagi

Director of Peer Support
Michelle is our Director of Peer Support. She has worked in the Mental Health field for 6 years. Michelle has served in a number of positions within the company including Community Based Rehabilitation Services, Case Management, Federal Case Management and now Peer Support. She holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Communication from Boise State University. Playing basketball for Boise State and working as a coach and mentor in the Valley for years has given her experience working with Adults, children, and families. This has been a wonderful asset for Ambitions, in working with our diverse clientele. Michelle is passionate and does well sharing lived experience to connect and empathize with individuals in our community.
Ciara Meyer

Ciara Meyer

Clinical Administrator
Ciara Meyer is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and has been providing mental health counseling since 2016. She holds a Masters degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Western Oregon University and has advanced training in disability work. She has experience and cultural awareness in the D/deaf and the LBGTQ communities. At Ambitions, Ciara conducts consultations for new clients and provides therapy for individuals and couples. Ciara’s skill set is most honed in the treatment of personality disorders, trauma, and survivors of domestic violence.
Megan Segers

Director of Public Relations and Marketing
Megan Segers is our Director of Marketing and Public Relations.  She can often be found throughout the Treasure Valley promoting our services at community events. As the Director of PR, Megan maintains our social media presence that shapes public opinion of our agency and increases awareness of our brand.  She continuously strives to establish and maintain relationships with our clients, community, and vendors. Megan has a passion for helping others and loves to connect with individuals out in our community.
Kandi Sprague

Kandi Sprague

Director of Personal Care Services
Kandi is the Director of Personal Care Services at Ambitions of Idaho, serving the Treasure Valley. Kandi’s education is in Geriatrics and in Healthcare Billing and Coding and is a member of the AAPC, and has co-owned a business for 16 years. Kandi has 9 years’ experience in the geriatrics field, and has also been a caregiver and a scheduler. She is an active member of her church, teaches Sunday school and she volunteers for events in her church and also in the community. From children to the elderly, Kandi is passionate about the people she has the opportunity to serve in our community and is dedicated to helping them live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Clara Thompson

Director of Substance Use Disorders Program
Clara Thompson is the Substance Use Disorders Director and practices as a Licensed Master Social Worker.  She graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho and Boise State University to complete her education before joining the Ambitions of Idaho team. Clara works primarily with individuals but also facilitates several Substance Use Disorder groups. Clara enjoys continuing her education to provide the most up to date and informed care for her clients including evidence-based trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, and art therapy.
Holly Stroud

Clinical Supervisor and Habilitative Interventionist
Holly Stroud is a Clinical Supervisor for the Children’s Developmental Disability Agency at Ambitions of Idaho where she has been for the last two years. She started off as a Habilitative Support and was promoted to a Habilitative Interventionist, then Administrative Assistant, before settling into her current position as a Clinical Supervisor. She has a passion for working with children of all ages and is dedicated to helping children positively shape their behavior and learn skills that will enable to them to grow up into independent, successful adults.
Kim Campbell

Kim Campbell

Program Manager
Kim is a Program Manager at the Nampa Residential Habilitation Services and has been with Ambitions of Idaho for over 4 years.  She started off as the Program Assistant and was promoted to Program Manager.  Kim has over 20 years in the medical field working in management and decided to change careers to help others and with the passion of wanting to make a difference in people’s lives.  Kim has 2 children and loves spending time with her family.  She enjoys reading, traveling, and watching baseball.
Amanda Simpson

Amanda Simpson

Program Manager
Amanda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Boise State University in 2009 where she played Women’s Basketball. She was born and raised in Marsing, Idaho and has worked in the mental health and developmental disability profession for the last 8 years. Amanda has been a Program Manager for 3 years and is a certified Habilitation Interventionist and Clinical Supervisor who started the DDA program for Ambitions of Idaho prior to/during the merger of Community Outreach Counseling and Ambitions of Idaho. She returned to her passion of Residential Habilitation after the merger in April of 2017. Amanda is married with 3 children, she has two girls and one boy. She spends her down time doing DIY projects at home and watching and supporting her oldest daughter play sports.  Amanda loves Corgi’s and recently became the proud dog mom of a cowboy Corgi named Roxy to add some entertainment for her lab, Puddles
Isaiah Conant

Program Manager

Isaiah is a Program Manager with the AOI Residential Habilitation team in Nampa. Isaiah received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Boise State University. After graduating from BSU, Isaiah spent some time volunteering with the Nampa Police Department and assisting in the crime lab. Isaiah began working with individuals with disabilities in 2012 as a direct care employee and began working as a Program Manager in 2016. Isaiah was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho. Isaiah loves helping others and wants others to seek out their true potential. Isaiah enjoys spending time with family and friends and some of his hobbies include: fishing, hunting, reading, and cooking.

Program Manager
Cailene is a Program Manager for our Residential Habilitation Program in Nampa, ID. She was born in Orange, California. Her family moved to Filer, ID. In 1993 where she graduated from Filer High School in 2004. Adopted by her grandparents, she became the second eldest of 6 children. Growing up as a big sister in a large family ignited her passion to care for others. She always knew whatever profession she went into, she wanted to help people and make a difference in the world. She graduated with her Associates of Arts in Political Science degree from College of Western Idaho and then her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Bellevue University in 2017. While in college, she volunteered as a Guardian Ad Litem for Family Advocate and was actively involved in the veteran community. She started her career in “Res Hab” as a Direct Care Staff with Ambitions of Idaho. In September 2017, she transitioned into the position of Program Manager. In her spare time, she loves to hike, camp, read, craft, travel, and spend time with her husband, family and friends.
Kayla Lammey

Program Manager
Kayla was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho. She attended the University of Idaho and got her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2009. Kayla started out as a direct care staff working with adults that have developmental disabilities, then she began doing PSR/CBRS helping clients that struggle with mental illness. She eventually began working as a Program Manager/QIDP in 2013 because her passion is working with developmentally disabled adults. Kayla started with Ambitions of Idaho in April of 2017 and has enjoyed working for such a great company. In her spare time, she likes running, cooking, reading, and spending time with her boyfriend and her adopted terrier mix, Zoey.

Internship Program Director
Tina Thomas (she/her pronouns) is a Licensed Professional Counselor with an MA in Counseling from Boise State University. She currently works at Ambitions of Idaho and is the Director for the Ryan White (part b) program, and the Director of Internship Program. Tina is passionate about working with LBGTQ youth and families and finds counseling to be an honor and appreciates all that she learns from her clients. She was born and raised in Idaho and lives in Meridian with her husband and has 2 sons.
Cari “Carisma” Williams

Cari “Carisma” Williams

Program Manager

Carisma is a Program Manager for our Residential Habilitation Program in Nampa, Idaho. She was born in Whittier, California and raised in Idaho. Carisma graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Government with a Legal Studies Emphasis. She joined Ambitions of Idaho in 2017. Carisma brings 20+ years of experience in the social services industry while living in Texas. She worked for the Texas Attorney General as a Child Support Officer, Texas Health & Human Services Child Protective Services as a Family Based Safety Services Caseworker, and 11 years in the Texas Public Education System. Carisma moved back to Idaho in 2017 with her husband and two sons. She has a passion of serving others and volunteering for such community resources such as CASA, Guardian ad Litem, and Meals on Wheels. In her spare time, she enjoys antique shopping “picking”, crafting, singing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Clinical Assistant/Education Director
Rachel Young is Director of Education Assistant Clinic Director and practices as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been practicing for 6 years. She has a B.S. in Child and Family Development from San Diego State University and an M.S in Counseling.  She has spent her career thus far devoted to working with trauma. Rachel has focused on working with children and parents and in teaching trauma-informed parenting to promote secure attachment, resiliency, and connection within families. Rachel is dedicated to improving the lives of children through education and prevention initiatives that support the family unit.  In her role as Director of Education, it will allow her to collaborate with community members and professionals to coordinate training and support groups in the Treasure Valley to ensure families have access to the support they need.
William “Bud” Knutson

Ambitions Employee Trainer

William Knutson, otherwise known as Bud, has been with Ambitions of Idaho for over 16 years but has been in the industry for over 35 years. Originally Bud started as a Direct Support Professional with Ambitions in 2002, was then promoted to House Manager and is now our full time Trainer.   Bud works with the Residential Habilitation Program where he is responsible for the orientation and onboarding activities of all new Direct Support Professionals as well as ongoing recertification trainings including CPR and CPI.  Bud has 2 adult children that reside in the Treasure Valley; weekends you will find Bud along with his children and his faithful companion Harley (Shih Tzu) at car shows and various motorcycle events, as well as the shooting range.
