Shane Hagel

President, Ambitions of Idaho
Shane Hagel has been making a difference since 1995. Shane  has worked his way from Direct Support Staff to House Manager, to Program Manager, to Administrator of Idaho and finally to President of Ambitions of Idaho. Shane has worked with the individuals every step of the way and knows what it takes to provide quality services. Shane has attracted and retained an amazing team of professionals dedicated to the individual’s success. Shane has led Ambitions of Idaho to be one of the largest providers of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability Service providers in Idaho. He has accomplished this by championing innovative changes and policies that are in the best interest of the individuals Ambitions serves. Shane is a very active member of The Idaho Association of Community Providers (IACP), serving on Legislative Committee.  He has taken an active role with the mission of furthering the quality and access of community based disability services. Shane’s education includes a Bachelor’s degree from Whitworth University, Is a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), and was a Certified Special Needs Advisor (CSNA) to families with children of special needs.  Shane is married and has 6 children and  two dogs.  He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching, watching his boys participate in athletic events and exploring the outdoors.
Emily Brock

Emily Brock

Program Supervisor - Coeur d'Alene
Emily Brock is the Program Supervisor of Ambitions of Idaho’s Coeur d’Alene Residential Habilitation Services. She is a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Profession, and a Certified Secondary Teacher, with a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Gonzaga University including specialization in Psychology, Philosophy, and Education. Emily has been actively working in the field of Social Services since 2005 in many roles in her community including as a K-12 teacher, coach, and curriculum developer for the Spokane Public School District, and was the Recreational Program Director and Special Events Coordinator of a children’s outreach program, as well as a Case Manager, Community Based Rehabilitation Service provider, prior to her start with Ambitions. She started with Ambitions in November of 2014, and was promoted to the Program Supervisor position in January of 2016. Emily is passionate about helping others reach their highest potential and personal goals, and the creation of social justice and equitable access for all. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors and active, as well as painting, and being a YouTube content creator in her spare time.
Marciea Buckley

Director of Case Management & CBRS - Coeur d'Alene
Marciea is our Director of Case Management and CBRS in our Coeur d’ Alene office. She holds credentialing as a Bachelor of Social Work, Licensed Social Worker, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Case Manager. Marciea has worked in both the mental health and substance abuse fields for over a decade, in Northern Idaho. She is passionate about respecting the individual needs of each client and dedicated to assisting them in reaching their goals. Marciea loves spending time with her family and adventures outdoors; gardening, camping, fishing and hunting.
Chris Crowder

Program Manager - Coeur d'Alene
Chris has been with Ambitions of Idaho since 9/2017. He has been in the DD field since 1999 and has worked in the Washington and Idaho systems. In this time Chris has held a multitude of positions including Direct Support Professional, Lead Staff, Home Manager and Agency Director. He also has vast knowledge and experience related to agency start up, scheduling mechanics, various scheduling software such as Ceridian and ADP. Chris also has experience with agency budgets and using such tool as Adaptive Insights and Quicken. In his free time he enjoys classic cars, buying and selling antiques, gardening, yard work, cooking and entertaining friends and family and camping.
Bryan Dieffenbach

Program Manager - Coeur d'Alene
Bryan Dieffenbach originally started with Ambitions of Idaho as a Direct Support Professional in August of 2014. He made the transition to Program Manager of the Ambitions of Idaho CDA Residential Habilitation program in March of 2017. Bryan received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Integrative Studies from the University of North Texas in 2013. He spent most of his childhood living in Hanover, MA and then moved to Sandpoint, ID when he was a teenager. Bryan loves North Idaho and all of the outdoor recreational opportunities and beautiful scenery it offers. He is a very compassionate person and enjoys helping people from all walks of life. Brian also enjoys snowboarding, playing ice hockey, golf, basketball, fantasy football, and listening to music.
Amber Jordan

Program Assistant- Coeur d'Alene
Amber Jordan is a Program Manager at the Coeur d’Alene office location and has been with Ambitions of Idaho for 3 years. She started off as a Direct Support Staff and was promoted to a Program Assistant and then to a Program Manager.  Amber has completed her education at North Central Missouri College in Kansas City, MO and studied Psychology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville located in Edwardsville, IL. Amber is from Kansas City, MO and has resided in Idaho now for 3 years. Amber has a passion of helping others, playing basketball, hiking, BBQ, music, and traveling.  Amber’s favorite quote is “Teamwork makes the dream work!”
Lindsay Lartz

Lindsay Lartz

Clinical Director - Coeur d'Alene
Lindsay is the Clinical Director for Ambitions of Idaho in Coeur d’Alene. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.  Lindsay has worked for Ambitions for 5 years. In addition, she has a wealth of experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in DBT and is working towards becoming trained in EMDR as well. Lindsay has experience providing individual counseling, couples counseling, family counseling, group counseling, case management, and assessments. She enjoys helping clients to reach their personal goals. Outside of the office Lindsay loves spending time with her family, hiking, skiing, playing soccer, and being in the beautiful outdoors.

Program Coordinator - Coeur d'Alene
Kathy is Program Coordinator for Ambitions of Idaho, Coeur d’Alene office.  She has been with Ambitions since November 2010 as a Direct Support Professional, until her promotion to the management team in October of 2017.  Kathy has been in the field for 10+ years, which shows how patient and compassionate she is with the individuals we support. She enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, spending time with family and loves living in the beautiful Northwest.
Andrey Shulgan

Andrey Shulgan

Director of Payroll

Andrey is the Director of Payroll for all of Idaho. He holds an Associate degree of Applied Science in the field of Computer Science from Spokane Falls Community College as well as a dual bachelor degree of Business Administration in Professional Accounting and Management Information Systems from Eastern Washington University. Andrey is a very hard worker and an invaluable part of our team. He has been employed with Ambitions since February 2008. Andrey originally worked for Ambitions Inc, Ambitions California and joined Ambitions of Idaho in March 2015. Andrey currently reside in Northern Idaho with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, camping and exploring the great outdoors.

Terry Bailey has been with Ambitions of Idaho since 08/2016 as a DSP, never having any prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities. When he came to this company, he wasn’t looking for anything special, he was here to work the awake night shift, and never would have thought that he would find a job that he loved.  Only after 2 short years of working hard, and showing his dedication, he was asked to join the management team. Now he’s working as a Program Coordinator at the Coeur D’ Alene office. In Terrys free time, he likes spending time with his family and friends, putting together events like BBQ’s and camping trips.
